Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Apparel
Place the unwashed and hair-free items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
